- Items returned within 30days of receiving your original order will be eligible for a refund if it has evident manufacturing defect, please feel free to cantact us, our customer service will reply to you as soon as possible.
- You will be responsible paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.Your initial shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
- Items must be returned in original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached in original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the product is INTACT
- Please notice that if you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service firstly, you can send the items back after their confirmation. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment account. Buyer needs to pay for the return shipping fee. Or you can keep the product and negotiate with our customer service for the refund directly.
- Care and styling product, accessories, liquids, and special order items are ineligible for return. Please note that free gifts should be shipped out together with the original package.
- After the return request has been authorized, the product can be shipped back to the address we gave you. Please kindly send email about your order number and returned package number.
- In original condition with tags attached (items have not been cut, worn, altered or damaged) and in original packaging.
- Odor-Free (Any odors on the product will render the product ineligible for exchange)
- Item(s) must be returned within 30days from receiving your original order. No returns/exchanges will be processed after 30days of receipt. A product hygiene guard must be provided when trying the product on. This helps to maintain the product's eligibility for exchange/return.
- Custom order (including custom color, length, cap size, style) and Celebrity style are ineligible for exchange or return.
NOTE: We have shot a picture for every packed item with the original condition.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
The refund caused by order cancellation, refund agreement or Mediation will be process instantly from aromaseason account. However, it may take 7-10 business days for it to display on your credit card statement.
